2. Do you ship internationally?

3. How long does shipping take?

  • UK & US Delivery: 1-3 business days

  • Worldwide Delivery: 2-8 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package.

For security purposes, some packages may be equipped with GPS tracking devices to ensure safe delivery.


5. How can I return an item?

6. What products are non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • IPL hair removal devices

  • Epilators

  • Electric razors

  • Skincare and beauty devices (if opened or used)

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, if you wish to return an item, you can initiate a return within 30 days after receiving your order.


8. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items displayed on our website are available for purchase unless otherwise specified. If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly marked as “Out of Stock.” You can sign up to receive a notification when the item becomes available again.


9. Do you offer gift cards?
